Riyana International is a part of the group, engaged in the manufacturing and trading of marble blocks. Hagen Aqua is another company under the group, which is involved in the manufacturing of urea seat covers and trading of aluminum.

The group also has a representative office in South Africa, ANA International SA, which deals with the government and private companies for trading of gold, chrome, manganese, and lithium. Enz Resources Pvt Ltd and Elviage Vestments Pvt Ltd are mining companies owned by the group, operating in India and Zimbabwe, respectively.

Elviage is involved in mining gold and chrome and owns one of the largest gold mines in Zimbabwe. The group has a significant presence in the mining industry and is known for its riverbed mining operations in Zimbabwe.
